Hyatt Place Kyoto

I loved my room - big with great shower. Glad to have a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar...

The location is good, relatively near Nishiki Market Shopping District. Btw, it's relatively near city centre.

Good value, room was comfy, staff were very very helpful. Rooms with great shower had a family atmosphere. It was nice to find coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator. The location was good, close to Kunjyukan.

we have booked family room with exceptionally clean facilities. the place had a family atmosphere. our hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable location, next to a tube station. located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were nice.

Great Location and Friendly Vibes

The breakfast was excellent, with a good mix of Western and Eastern options, and I loved having 24/7 access to coffee machines in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway. My only suggestion would be to enhance the variety of dining options available on-site.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the unlimited Nespresso machine and the comfy King Room. I really loved the spa's full body massages and the chill garden area to relax in. The lobby music was a bit loud, making it tough to chat, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

A Family-Friendly Gem with Really good Service

We enjoyed a good stay, with spacious twin rooms with plush bedding. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering both Western and Japanese dishes. The miso soup became a family favorite! For families, the staff's flexibility is a plus.

Subway , made getting around Kyoto easy. The room was spacious and clean, although I wished breakfast had more variety. A solid stay and I appreciated the friendly service from the staff.

The rooms at Hyatt Place Kyoto are spacious and clean, perfect for family stays. the breakfast was top-notch, and the convenient location above the subway station made getting around a breeze. the coffee machines in the lobby were a nice touch too!

Some might find the street noise noticeable from the second floor, but it didn't bother me much.

The hotel was impressively modern and clean, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. Accessing coffee in the lobby was a pain since there were only a couple of machines, and laundry wait times could be frustrating. Still, the location next to the subway was excellent.

great location but needs better room amenities

The convenience of direct access to the underground station was fantastic. The breakfast options were great with fresh local ingredients. The building's modern design and cleanliness were excellent and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Watching the cityscape from the room window was a lovely bonus that enhanced our experience.

This place has an amazing location right next to the train station with competent staff members.
